2009 Camps

Tadpole

A one night camp experience for Kindergarteners and 1st graders designed to introduce kids to the camping experience. Tadpole camp offers the experience to enable campers to get "their feet wet" in preparation for the week long camp experience.

2nd & 3rd Grade

A 3 night, 4 day camp focusing on the basics of Christianity and the developmental needs of this specific age group. Our summer staff is particularly sensitive to the needs of these young campers and does an incredible job of leading them in an unforgettable camp experience.

 

 

4th & 5th Grade

This camp offers active 4th and 5th graders opportunities to learn about Christ and grow in their faith. With an emphasis on all aspects of development at this age level (physical, social, mental, emotional, and spiritual). This camp lays the foundation necessary for spiritual development in the pre-teen years.

 

 

Junior High

A high energy camp that promises to be full of activity, relationship building, group bonding, and spiritual growth. This camp focuses on utilizing the high energy of the student while recognizing the spiritual needs and questions that many students have at this age. These students will experience Christ in a new way through times of dynamic worship and high energy activity.

 

 

Senior High

Intense worship, being real with one another, and relationship building are brief descriptions of this camp. Through times of worship, activity, and small group sessions; students "get real" with Christ and each other in a relaxed environment. With so many pressures on students today, our camp offers students the opportunity to get away from it all for a week.

 

Siblings

A new experience in camping that we offer. This camp is designed for students in 2nd grade through Jr. high. It provides opportunities for siblings to experience camp together while offering programming designed for each specific age group. Campers will experience meals, worship, and some recreational activities together. Age appropriate groups are used during times of teaching and other activities.

 

 

Student Leadership

Another new venture for our ministry. This unique 3 day experience will give Jr. and Sr. High students an opportunity to explore leadership potential. Through intense conferences, high energy worship, and an off-site missions experience; students will come to a greater understanding of the call God is placing on their lives. This camp will be limited to Jr. and Sr. High students and will require a pastoral recommendation in order to attend.
