Sibling rivalry is all over the Bible: Cain & Abel, Jacob & Esau, and Joseph & his brothers are just a few of the examples that may come to mind. However, there are examples of siblings working together to build God’s kingdom in the Bible: Moses, Aaron, and Miriam worked together to bring God’s people to the Promised Land, Simon Peter and Andrew, and James and John served as disciples of Christ, and James (Jesus’ brother) was influential in building the New Testament Church. YCL recognizes the importance of building strong families and our unique Siblings Camp allows brothers and sisters to enjoy the camp experience together and learn how to work together to serve God. Sibs campers will encounter swimming, Bible stories, campfires, crafts, hayrides, Bible discussion groups, and unique worship experiences. Sibs Camp is designed for 2nd-6th graders.
